Patient Education Information and Handouts

Patient education is an important aspect of eye care. Our 3D-Eye Online library is intended to educate our new and existing patients on multiple eye care related topics. The 3-D animations will take you inside of the eye and allow you to explore a number of conditions.

At an Eye To The Future we welcome questions and are always available by phone, email, or in person to answer any and all of your questions. We have many brochures, handouts, and videos on all visual and eye health issues, and we want you to fully understand all aspects of your eye health so that we can help you maintain healthy eyes.
